Absolutely! Tracking information is included with every order. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will follow, providing you with the necessary tracking details.

We are a UK VAT registered business. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Please note that for orders shipped outside of the UK, your purchase may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. We now include taxes and duties for all European Union Countries but a single order must not exceed €150.00. If an order exceeds this threshold please speak to our customer service team.

Import tax and duties are beyond our control for customer who purchase outside Europe and it’s the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order, so you are aware of any potential charges that may apply upon delivery. We do offer a DDP (Delivery duty paid) scheme but you must contact us in advanced of placing your order.

   Start by checking the tracking information provided to you. Use the tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status. It might provide details on the current location and estimated delivery date.
2. Contact Customer Support:
   If the tracking information doesn't provide clarity or if there are any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. You can contact us via our contact page or email You can always contact us for any return question by completing our online form under the contact us section of the website. Please have your order number and tracking details handy to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
3. Verify Your Shipping Address: 
   Double-check the shipping address you provided during the checkout process. Sometimes, delivery issues occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you find an error, please be aware that we are unable to change your address when your order is in transit. The courier will return the package to us and unfortunately this will incur a further delivery charge. We have no control over this.
4. Check with Neighbors or Family: Sometimes, the package might have been delivered to a neighbor. Check with those around you to ensure the package wasn't inadvertently received by someone else.
5. Wait for a Few Days: In some cases, especially during busy seasons or holidays, there might be slight delays in delivery. We recommend waiting for a few extra days beyond the estimated delivery date before taking further action.
6. File a Claim: If, after waiting and checking all the necessary details, you still haven't received your order, contact us to initiate a shipping carrier claim. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Import Tax Update

Shipping to the USA

From 29th August 2025, new U.S. Government rules mean that all goods imported into the USA are now subject to import duties (taxes).

What this means for you

• Previously, orders under $800 could enter the USA duty-free.
• From 29th August 2025, all orders entering the USA will have duties applied, regardless of value.
• Duties are set by U.S. Customs based on the type of product and the country where it is manufactured.

Why prices look higher

• You may notice that our product prices for U.S. customers are now slightly higher.
• This increase is not from us – it is the U.S. import tax required by your government.
• We collect this at checkout to make sure your order clears customs smoothly.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on our website, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request through our system. Once your return is approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

IMPORTANT

You must submit your return request within 14 days. We are unable to extend the returns window if your return runs past 14 days. 

Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. 

Damaged goods must be reported within 24hrs.

Warranty Duration: All products sold on our website are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The following items are excluded from this policy; Watch Straps, Eyewear/Sunglasses Cases, Low Value Accessories 

2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Products that show normal wear and tear over time.
• Misuse or Abuse: Products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
• Unauthorised Repairs: Products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than PUNCH Watch Design or its authorised service partners.
• Accidents: Products damaged due to accidents, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control.
• Third-Party Products: Products that are not manufactured by PUNCH Watch Design.
• Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the product.
• Broken date mechanism, caused by setting the date when the watch hands show a time between 21:00pm - 05:00am, which is explicitly warned of in the manual under “Setting the Date & Time. This can also be found in the FAQ section of our website. 
• Loss, Damage & Batteries: Any loss or damage during periods when the watch is not in our possession, including transit by any means, falls outside the warranty. Batteries are likewise not included in this warranty.

4. How to Claim Warranty: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team by clicking <Here> with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We may require you to return the defective product for inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, PUNCH Watch Design shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

6. Changes to the Warranty Policy: PUNCH Watch Design reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
