We’ve simplified our returns process to make it clearer and easier for you. Our updated policy outlines everything you need to know about returning items, including timeframes, conditions, and how to ensure a smooth experience.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on our website, you have 14 days from the date of order to submit a return or exchange request through our system. Once your return is approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
IMPORTANT
You must submit your return request within 14 days. We are unable to extend the returns window if your return runs past 14 days. This includes creating the return within 14 days, plus a further 14 days from when the return is approved for us to receive your return.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow our returns process by starting a return through our returns portal. Please note that failure to complete the returns form will result in the parcel being returned to you without further explanation.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package within 24hrs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not cover the original delivery charge when processing a return. As a small business, we are unable to absorb this cost. If your order was sent with free delivery, we will deduct our standard delivery charge from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, preferably one that offers shipment tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Using this method ensures a safe and secure return of your product. Customers assume the risk of loss for all items shipped to PUNCH until PUNCH accepts and receives the delivery from Royal Mail or your chosen courier. You are liable for the good from the time of delivery until we have received the return.
Return Packaging: When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. This will prevent any damage to the item and product packaging. The item must be sent back with our returns form.
If your order qualifies for free delivery based on a minimum order value, and you choose to return an item which causes your order total to fall below this threshold, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from any refund owed to you.
If you purchase a product as part of a multi-buy discount (e.g., "Buy 3, get 10% off") and later decide to return an item, the following conditions will apply:
The remaining items will be charged at their full individual price, with any promotional discounts voided and excluded from the final refund.
If the return causes your order total to fall below the free delivery threshold, our standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Free Gift with Purchase
If your order includes a free item as part of a promotion (e.g., "Buy 3, get 1 item free"), this free item must also be returned if the qualifying items are returned. If the free item is not returned, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund.
We want you to love every purchase, which is why we offer a flexible returns policy. To maintain high levels of customer service, we monitor return patterns. Our policy is designed for occasional, genuine returns - frequent or high-volume returns will prompt a review of your account activity.
In some cases, this may result in limitations at checkout or, unfortunately, the inability to process future orders. If you often order multiple items with the intention of returning most of them, visiting a store to try before you buy may be a better option. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping, minimise our carbon footprint, and keep our service sustainable and efficient for all customers.
If your order contains multiple items (4 or more) and you return 50% or more of the total items, a handling fee may apply. This fee helps cover processing, restocking, and administrative costs associated with multiple item returns. The fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund and will be clearly communicated once your return is received and reviewed. We will notify you at the point of order if a handling fee applies.
At PUNCH, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally, you may receive a defective or damaged item. We are here to assist you in such situations.
Reporting Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. To report a defective or damaged item, please log this through our returns portal or contact our customer support team within 24hrs of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear video/photographs showing the defect or damage.
Please note: If no one is available to receive the delivery and the tracking status shows the item as "delivered," you must report any damage within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. If no report is made within this period, we are unable to process a return or claim for damage, and the item will be considered received in acceptable condition.
We are a UK-based company and do not cover return shipping costs for international orders. If you wish to return an item from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Our standard 14-day return policy applies to all international orders. You have 14 calendar days to return your item, provided it meets the conditions outlined in our returns policy. Once your return is approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Orders must be returned at zero value and clearly marked as a “return” & not sale of goods. If any duties are incurred, the return will not be accepted. Outgoing/original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Do your sunglasses feel a little too loose, oversized, or maybe the arms don’t sit quite right? No problem! If your frames are made from acetate, you can make quick, easy adjustments at home in just minutes.
Acetate is both durable and flexible, which means it’s easy to reshape for a better fit. With just a bit of warmth and a few simple steps, you can have your sunglasses fitting comfortably and securely.
Acetate reacts to heat, so simply warming the arms (temples) of your sunglasses with your hands for a few seconds can make them more flexible and easier to adjust.
If hand warmth isn’t quite enough, a hairdryer on a low setting can do the trick. Keep the dryer a few inches away from the frame and move it around to heat evenly. Once the acetate softens slightly, you’re ready to shape it.
If your sunglasses feel like they’re slipping off, you can gently bend the arms inward for a snugger fit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our customer service team through our contact form on our website.
PUNCH reserves the right to refuse or exchange any item returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to damage, abuse, negligence. The customer will be notified. All documents included with the product, including any litrature must be returned. Any items that we cannot accept will be returned.
Warranty Duration: All products sold on our website are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The following items are excluded from this policy; Watch Straps, Eyewear/Sunglasses Cases, Low Value Accessories
2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, PUNCH Watch Design shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
6. Changes to the Warranty Policy: PUNCH Watch Design reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective or damaged item and sending you a replacement, if applicable.
