Returns Policy — Terms & Conditions

This section summarises our anticipated policy. For complete and current terms, please see our full returns policy.

Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the order date to submit a return or exchange request. Once approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Important: You must submit your return request within 14 days. We can’t extend the window.

Watch Return Policy

  • Protective plastic film on front/back (and metal straps) must be intact.
  • Product box must be pristine (no rips, tears, or damage).
  • If film is removed, the return will be declined.
  • Watches must be clean, scratch-free, and without smudges/fingerprints.

Sunglasses & SKI Goggles Return Policy

  • Plastic sleeving on each arm and lens sleeve must be intact.
  • Product box must be pristine (no rips, tears, or damage).
  • If protective sleeving is removed, the return will be declined.
  • Frames must be clean with no scratches, makeup, oils, fingerprints, or sun cream.
Return Process

Start a return via our Returns Portal. If accepted, we’ll send instructions within 24 hours. Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted. For questions, please use our Contact form.

Return Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges aren’t covered. If your order shipped free, our standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Use tracked/insured shipping, ideally with signature. You’re responsible for the goods until we receive them. Pack items securely and include our returns form.

Free Delivery Returns Policy

If a return drops your order total below the free-delivery threshold, the standard shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Promotions & Multi-buy Discount Returns

Returning items from a multi-buy may void discounts; remaining items revert to full price. If a free gift was included, it must also be returned or its value is deducted.

Fair Use Returns & Account Activity

We monitor return patterns to keep the policy fair. Frequent or high-volume returns may limit future orders. If you often return multiple items, consider trying in store first.

Multiple Item Returns — Handling Fee

If your order contains 4+ items and you return 50% or more, a handling fee may apply (for processing/restocking/admin). We’ll notify you if relevant.

Defective & Damaged Item Claims

Inspect on receipt and report defects/damage within 24 hours via the Returns Portal or our Contact form. Include order number and clear photos/video.

If tracking shows “delivered” when no one was present, any damage must still be reported within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

European & International Orders
  • Return shipping not covered; use a tracked service.
  • Standard 14-day policy applies; after approval you have 14 days to send back.
  • Mark returns at zero value as “Returned goods” — duties not accepted.
  • Outgoing/original shipping fees are deducted from refunds.
Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is inspected. If approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days (your bank may take longer). If more than 10 business days pass after approval, please reach out via our Contact form.

Returns incomplete or not saleable may be refused. All product literature must be included.

Warranty

12-month warranty from purchase (unless stated). Excludes: Watch straps, eyewear/sunglasses cases, low-value accessories. Original purchaser only; non-transferable.

Coverage & Exclusions

  • Normal wear/tear, misuse/abuse, improper installation.
  • Unauthorised repairs/modifications; accidents/events beyond our control.
  • Non-PUNCH products; cosmetic issues not affecting function.
  • Broken date mechanism from setting date between 21:00–05:00 (as per manual/FAQs).
  • Loss/damage while not in our possession; batteries not covered.

How to claim

Use our Contact form with proof of purchase and issue details (we may require return for inspection). We may cover shipping for approved defective/damaged items and replacements; duties excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, PUNCH Watch Design is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Policy may change without notice.

Return Address

Please do not send returns to our registered office. Start via the Returns Portal. After approval, we’ll provide the dedicated returns address. Returns sent elsewhere or without a request will be returned to sender.
